Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Enhance work flow and advise with proper process changes that increase team productivity.
* Deliver training, coaching and mentorship to team members.
* Create technical instructions documents (TIN) needed to guide team members in projects and tasks needed.
* Consult for team members and help them in complex issues resolution , Complex changes and engage during crisis to advise with better troubleshooting and resolution path.
* Supervise activities between internal and external resources, and facilitate smooth workflow for service delivery.
* Be up to date with current field practices to enhance service standards and delivery.
* Remain knowledgeable of current technology and carry out research to identify new trends that can be used to achieve maximum results.
* Help out in managing customers demands to ensure maximum satisfaction, and to maintain quality over quantity.
* Carry out other technical related duties that may be required by the management.
