Support the site leader in driving and executing the day-to-day operational
activities in the specific areas of responsibility that include:
* Communications, messaging, and support of daily activities across the site.
* Management of specific operational, strategic and/or transformation projects.
* MSC SPOC for specific transversal programs and/or initiatives.
1.Communications, messaging and support of daily operational activities
* Review, analyze and evaluate requests and inputs to site leader office, ensuring consistency of communications, content and messaging.
* Manage ongoing operational communications and activities, including weekly management calls, internal and external meetings
* Liaise with members of CLB/SLB and other key stakeholders to manage key business areas and organize review schedule/cycles in an effective, timely manner.
* Create, curate and manage internal / functional presentations. Liaise with counterparts / stakeholders in other departments, if needed, for consistency in content and management
* Create, curate, and manage content and messaging for joint contribution with comms manager to online and social media presence
2. Management of operational, strategic and transformation projects
* Responsible for managing the delivery of specific operational, strategic and transformation initiatives and projects. Establish repository of all such projects.
* Program management and project management of multiple projects and complex situations Closely manage, monitor, report and follow up actions and deliverables required from the various entities, in order to ensure empowerment, alignment, and timeliness, to execute and deliver each specific business and transformation initiative and project.
* Coordinate various actions across the different functions in MSC that support achievement of the objectives and initiatives.
* Integrate and develop presentations, coordinating input when multiple stakeholders are involved, including but not limited to: Executive Summary of Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), business transformation initiatives, internal presentations/reports and All Hands calls/presentations, global and senior management presentations/briefings
3.SPOC for initiatives and projects
* SPOC to drive initiatives with global / regional stakeholders and internal stakeholders
* Ensure consistent and positive working relationships with appropriate internal interfaces to key stakeholders at global and regional level.
* Work closely with CLB/SLB members to deliver transversal initiatives and objectives.
* Effective matrix management qualities, whilst ensuring alignment with stakeholders, to deliver role objectives and responsibilities
