Reports to: Corporate Relationship Manager
Key Responsibilities: • Maintain the relationship between AXA and the existing
clients.
• Secure 90% of the direct renewals with the assistance of the unit
supervisor. • Capture all the account details and process agreements as per
the account sheet. • Ensure that all the processes and agreements are set in
place and operating efficiently. • Introduce and amend procedures/ systems
when necessary to enhance the customer experience of this particular account
and the business in general if needed. • Handle complaints and solve them
internally and externally. • Follow up on the quarter reconciliation (debit &
credit notes). • Share periodic reports with client/ broker. • Check if the
account needs new products (cross selling opportunities/ Seek opportunities to
cross-sell and up-sell to existing clients) • Meet the client on periodic
basis to ensure that the above is in place and filter any complaints. • Issue
an internal analysis report 3 months before the renewal.
* Ensure renewing existing accounts.
* Perform all other duties as assigned by manager.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
Business Knowledge/Technical Skills: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
* 0-3 years of experience.
* Insurance Knowledge is preferable.
* Strong communication skills.
* An observer and a negotiator.
* Willing to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
* Target oriented and persistent.
* Eager to learn.
* Time Management.
* Mobility (job might involve travelling outside Cairo)
