Large Corporate – Relationship Manager/ Assistant Relationship Manager

  • Business origination (through development of either existing relationships or prospects) to achieve budgets.

  • Cross-selling of all the various business lines of CAE or the CA Group

  • Maintain an active calling program with all calls being recorded in the CRM.

  • Ensure that KYC's are properly maintained at all times.

  • Ensure timely submission of annual reviews

  • Account Management on day to day basis

  • Early identification and reporting of potential problematic accounts

  • If required, preparation of work out situation to be handled by the DAS unit

  • Comply with all the Bank's / CBE's policies and procedures

  • Accomplishment of any job assigned to him/her by his colleges and or superior

  • Be closely involved in the budgeting (revenue) process

  • At all times, maintain a good knowledge and understanding of CA's credit policy and procedures

  • Cross-selling of all the various business lines of CAE or the CA Group (Payroll, Corp. Credit Card, Private Banking, Online, referral)

  • Prepare relationship strategy and proposed limits and financial/ collateral required based on bank`s direction
    Qualifications

  • At least ‎4 up to ‎8 years' experience in a similar function..

  • Advanced / specialized credit course.

  • Marketing and cross selling skills.

  • Credit skills

  • Interpersonal skills

  • Negotiations skills

  • Risk Assessment
