Job Description:
* Setup employees' laptops operating system & required applications.
* Create employees' email addresses
* Responsible for IT equipment maintenance (Laptops, printers ...etc.)
* Create IT equipment request through ODOO.
* Update employee equipment asset list.
* Create DNS records.
* Create employees accounts on active directory.
* Create active directory group policy.
* Configure the required Microsoft windows server rules & features.
* Administer internal ESXI servers.
* Manage Kaspersky end-point security.
* Backup the required IT Virtual Machines.
* Manage file share server.
Technical Skills:
* Solid Knowledge of Windows servers & Windows client.
* Strong process-oriented individual with experience in ITIL concepts.
* Good knowledge of security concepts and best practices.
-Solid Knowledge of network technologies and protocols (switches, routers, VPNs, remote connection technologies, and multiple domain -environments).
Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field required
* 1-2 years of proven work experience as IT Specialist or relevant position.
* Knowledgeable in DNS, networking concepts and user support.
* Proven work of experience in server administration.
* A working knowledge of the current Microsoft Windows Desktop, Server, and Network.
