Job Description



  • Align all HR activities and act as a main focal point for all activities and services provided by HR Division.

  • Act as HR representative and SPOC to all employees through building a strong relationship and supporting them.

  • Establish strong relations with the different stakeholders in the account.

  • Work closely with HR Account Manager/ HR Business Partner to develop and implement policies and producers and align them with the company's mission and vision to ensure the effectiveness and success of company's objectives

  • Handle reservations and logistics for HR events and offsite meetings and coordinate with hospitality providers, as well as providing logistical support for all events specific to the account

  • Assisting the HR Account Manager/HR Business Partner in their work to consolidate an annual recruitment plan for each account.

  • Use the best means of recruitment to ensure excellent calibres are introduced to the organization.

  • Ensure that the company website and social media groups are updated with current job openings.

  • Source, filter and work closely with the HR Account Manager/HR Business Partner to screen CVs and prepare short-lists for interviewing.

  • Conduct different filtering assessment tools to get the best candidates to interviews including phone interviews, English tests, technical tests….etc

  • Record CVs on system and arrange for both HR and technical interviews.

  • Prepare and send Job Offers to the selected candidates' for junior positions after review and approval from HR Account Manager/HR Business Partner.

  • Prepare Secondment letters and coordinate with personnel and payroll to ensure that the status of the employee is changed both on system and documents.

  • Update the HR System with the candidate's data & coordinates with the Personnel department till the candidate comes on board.

  • Welcome new employees and coordinate with department admins to ensure that their first-day challenges are facilitated.

  • Coordinate with the training department to ensure that all new hires in his/her area are listed to attend the induction program and follow up to ensure that s/he has attended the orientation session.

  • Update monthly the org charts of the assigned areas and communicate it the concerned parties for review, approvals and affecting any changes on systems.

  • Maintain an updated status for all job descriptions for positions in the assigned area including the competencies for each position.

  • Work with HR Account Manager/HR Business Partner to solve HR systems challenges.

  • Assist Comp and Ben Manager in Calculating Salary raises and variable incentives across the company

  • Calculate turnover rate and regretted turnover rates monthly and report to Comp and Ben Manager

  • Coordinate with the benefits team any benefits required by the account and ensure that all requests are handled in due manner

  • Work closely with the comp and Ben team to develop and coordinate implementation of incentive schemes for Employee

  • Assist in calculation with the support of the Comp and Ben department the annual bonus, Sales Commission and Salary increases

  • Prepare and send calculations of the overtime and travel allowances for employees to compensation department and follow up on payment

  • Work closely with the central L&D team to ensure that the required developmental programs are implemented as planned

  • Submit monthly reports and analytical dashboards to the group HR management as agreed.

  • Coordinate with the training department to ensure an updated skill-matrix for the assigned area.

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline - HR Major or studies is an asset
