The primary role of the "Receptionist & Office Coordinator" is to provide all
operational services to office employees and manage AstraZeneca's front desk
along with monitoring Health and Safety.
Main roles and responsibilities:
* Manage all bookings for meeting rooms and ensure all needed equipment is available
* Arrange reservations and avoid scheduling conflicts
* Deal with couriers and manage the process of in and out packages
* Answer all phone calls of AstraZeneca's front desk
* Issue PRs as needed
Education, Skills, Experience required:
* Bachelor 's degree.
* 1 - 3 years of experience
* Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office
* High communication skills and ability to handle different people
* A certificate in administration is an asset
* Positive response to pressure
* Good command in English
