Tasks
* Support in managing the office and the front desk.
* Manage office supplies.
* Welcome guests and meet & greet visitors.
* Prepare reports, letters, and communications.
* Coordinate and execute flight bookings, visa arrangements, hotel/airport transfers and a rent a car (if needed)
* Aid and follow up visa applications.
* Manage the pantry.
* Supervise the office cleaning and sanitation team to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the office.
* Proactive calendar management of the General Manager.
* Ensures the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems.
* All other tasks assigned.
Required qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.
* ‎0 - ‎2 years of experience in the equipment industry, including experience in the field of specialization or relevant internship experience in the respective field.
* Strong knowledge in MS office programs/applications.
* Fluent communication in Arabic and English.
Preferred qualifications
* Inter-cultural sensitivity and ability to communicate, collaborate and work across cultures and borders in an international work environment.
* Willingness to learn new skills.
* Good communication skills, including the ability to interface effectively with people inside and outside of the company.
* Innovative Thinking.
