Lycopodium is currently recruiting for a Human Resource Officer to join
our growing Project team in Ahafo North.
Reporting to the Lead Human Resource Advisor the Human Resource Officer will
assist the Lead Human Resource Advisor in managing every aspect of the
employment process, including orientation and training new staff members, in
accordance with the Client's requirements.
The tasks you'll perform
* Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
* Assist in preparing job descriptions, posting advertisements, and coordinating the hiring process.
* Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
* Assist in preparing Employee 's Contract. review compensation and benefits packages
* Process employees' queries and respond in a timely manner.

* Demonstrate an ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with colleagues across all business units.
* Must be Approachable, Affable, Disciplined, Confidential, Diligent and Respectful.
* Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
