Job Description
Location : Dammam 2nd Industrial Area
* Represents and promotes organization to potential applicants by providing information, responding to questions, and collecting applicant data
* Champion induction and on boarding process for all new starters
* Implement and arrange employee awards for ( services . recognitions . events . celebrations )
* Maintain updated calendar or annual local celebrations events such as ( national day , Eids , Foundation day . Ramadhan party . company annual event )
* Assist with performance management procedures.
* Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
* Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
* Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
* Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
* Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects.
* Support other assigned functions.
* Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
