The company:
JBAndrews is partnered with a new healthcare provider in Saudi Arabia. They
are searching for a Chief Human Resources Officer who can lead all of the HR
functions of the new facility.
The Role:
* Reporting to the CEO of the Hospital.
* Supervise HR Directors.
* Develop HR policies and procedures for all branches.
* Ensure the HR plans align with the hospitals mission and business objectives.
* Build the HR department from scratch.
The requirements:
* Minimum of bachelor's degree educated in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or a relevant field.
* Master's degree educated is advantageous.
* Minimum 10 years' experience within HR leadership.
* Professional qualifications such as CIPD will be advantageous.
* Must have experience within the GCC.
* Leadership skills with the ability to delegate, motivate and inspire team members.
