Scope: Coordinate and supervise sales drivers to achieve area and sales
targets. Functional Responsibilities: - Insure that sales drivers follow the
set routes and adhere to the pricing company policy - Insure that proper
documentation is used and monitor stock - Supervise truck loading to insure
maximum operation performance - Visits clients to evaluate operational
performance and to solve problems - Perform merchandizing activities at stores
to insure best placement of the company products - Monitor his staff
punctuality and appearance - Close follow up on the monthly credit facilities
given by the company - Close follow up on the glass injection in the market -
Best utilization of manpower available - Report to area manager on the random
sample of successful visits, number for lost visits and sales volume achieved
