Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:
*
Supporting the company management in planning issues relevant to sales with
regard to volume planning and profitability
* Compiling resources planning for the new and used vehicle inventory and developing measures to optimize inventory management
* Developing concepts to increase turnover and profitability in Sales and reaching agreement on these with the company management
* Planning, carrying out and evaluating sales promotion measures
* Ensuring correct/involvement in seasonal design of showroom, taking Mercedes-Benz standards into consideration
* Establishing and fostering contacts to decision-makers and spokespeople, as well as contacting and looking after VIP and major customers
* Involvement in interviews and decisions regarding employing new staff
* In contentious cases, clarifying entitlement to commission and assigning this to the corresponding member of sales staff
* Developing and monitoring sales and profit targets for Mercedes-Benz sales staff
* Analyzing attractiveness/profitability of key customers and customer groups/types of business
* Ensuring consistent utilization of all customer contacts
* Monitoring budgets and defined profit goals and objectives for the retail area
* Monitoring the development of incoming orders and deliveries to customers
* Developing measures for maintaining and increasing customer satisfaction
* Ensuring information from headquarters is followed up, archived and made available upon request

Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree of Business or equivalent
* ‎10+ years of experience in Sales including at least ‎3 in a managerial role
* Commitment to delivering a high level of customer and Employee satisfaction
* Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
* Proven Sales track record
