About The Team

technologies to sense, control and inspect assets across many industries.

In this role you will be responsible for preparing proposals/bids, contract
negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk
assessment. Contribute to the operational plan of own department.
As a Specialist - Customer Care, you will be responsible for:
* Responding to customer needs for quotes, coordinating response if a request is different from the standardized offers.
* Handling standardized products with pre-defined options requiring simple client advice.
* Managing and handling wing to wing transactions.
* Contributing to Prices and conditions to have a certain degree of granularity.
* Working on the basis of predefined contracts price frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from prices and conditions.
* Defining customer approach autonomously.
* Handling targeted clients.
* Leading a department of large personnel costs.
* Handling Low - Medium - region size, stable region, established market presence.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
* Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least ‎4 years of experience in Sales).
* Have minimum of ‎2 years experience in managing quotations and proposals.
* Have experience in using SAP.
* Have experience using MS Office.
* Have excellent communications skills both written and spoken.

* Have SFDC (Salesforce.com) knowledge
