gaps to streamline and ensure consistent quality and performance are met as
per Customer needs
3. To formulate so as to meet First Time Right manufacture specifications
4. Explore options to provide a value engineering in the existing Product
Range so that AGP products are competitive in the market and margins are
sustainable,
5. To test and approve new and alternate Suppliers and RMs
6. Analyze root cause and implementation of Corrective and Preventive Action
(CAPA ) for all Customer
complaints as per SOP
7. Provide Samples and Route Creation within the defined time frame in SOP.
8. Manage Quality Control process and personnel to deliver results within the
defined time frame.
9. Provide technical service and train internal Sales staff to handle
Customer complaints
10. Authorized to approve Certificate of Conformity of all Intermediates and
Finished Goods
manufactured by the organization.
11. Follow strictly all Safety and Health hazards regulations

1. Minimum Degree in Chemistry / Paint Technology preferably with added
qualification in
Management from an Institute of repute
2. Minimum 10 - 15 years of which at least 5 years in similar capacity in a
manufacturing
organization, capable of handling full fledged R&D facility, developing
tropicalised formulations as
well as getting international certification for products developed
3. Project Management skills with solid fundamentals in various and specific
domains of paints and
coatings
4. Proven track record in developing team of paint technologists
5. Minimum requirements can be waived in case of exceptional candidates
