Delivering best support to our customers is at the center of our strategy. We
are now expanding our team and recruiting a new Sales Manager to oversee
Western Region of Saudi Arabia.
Sales Manager is responsible for the overall management of sales activities in
the Western Region in alinement and cooperation with the distributor.
Customers will include MOH (NUPCO) business, Government institutions and
private. Role will be compliant with the company's business conduct, standard
policies and ethics.
Responsibilities:
* Ensuring that all sales functions in the region, are conducted ethically within the compliance framework. Coordinate all sales related issue with the distributor sales representatives and insure the remedy.
* Develops future strategies, selling techniques, pricing, instrument revenues and customer satisfaction with the objective to support and expand business in the region.
* Directs, tracks and controls all sales activities in the Western Region, Saudi Arabia, advise decisions and resolve issues that relate to the sales function/ affect sales.
* Builds relationships and maintains frequent contact with key customers, potential customers, key persons in order to promote company product portfolio, to track, finalize and win tenders.
* Close coordination with logistics for order entry and delivery issues, mainly for MOH (NUPCO).
* Provides weekly and monthly reports to the General manager.
* Utilize and fulfill are Sales force dot com (SFDC) requirement and register all customers. follow up each opportunity and advise obstacles
Individual:
* Master degree in Laboratory Sciences minimum
* ‎5 -‎7 years experience in the field of laboratories in Saudi Arabia is a must
* Fluent in English and Arabic is a must
* Sales driven with entrepreneurial spirit and readiness to build up and develop new business opportunities
* Demonstrated communication skills, incl. presentation and negotiation
* Convincing personality, especially when dealing with demanding customers
* High degree of initiative and self-motivation and personal resilience
