Responsibilities
* Key Responsibilities
* develop and implement a suitable and efficient regional distribution organization (distributors, own supervisors)
* lead and support the distributors and local KA in terms of sales, distribution, and attend negotiation meetings
* develop a Sales, Distribution and Merchandising plan (short-mid and long term) together with local distributors
* execute yearly Sales and Marketing Budgets and Plans
* determine and implement the suitable product assortment and price positioning including regular reviews
* Additional Responsibilities
* ensure the successful launch and distribution of agreed regional NPD priorities
* manage Performance of Distributor and prepare regular Business Review Meetings
* implement sales-force management and reporting tools with Sales Director
* build up regional Supervisor team
* ensure full compliance with all FHCS stated practices, strategic objectives & reporting deadlines
Qualifications
* Professional Experience and Education
* university degree
* 3-5 years' experience in sales management of distributors and / or key account management of branded consumer products in region, ideally in non-food, and with a successful history in a multi-national company
* Specific Knowledge
* good knowledge of regional trade-structure and sales-force management
* knowledge & experience in consumer products marketing mix
* understanding of a P&L statement and financial key figures
* strong knowledge & understanding of local trade, customers & competitors
* Specific Skills
* strong communication & ability to manage change
* negotiation skills & experience in leading distributors
* strong interpersonal and influencing skills
* ability to lead and work with teams and individually
* strong analytical skills
