Meet financial targets for the company and to ensure sustained and profitable

Manage negotiations and improve relations with government authorities
Drive the business development function to establish value-adding
partnerships and alliances
Develop annual budgets and long range plans and monitor progress through
quarterly reviews
Manage key customer relationships and actively develop new business
opportunities
Manage the day to day operations with the direct reports
Ensure production plans are executed in a timely fashion and within the
approved budget
Provide leadership to all sales and marketing activities

Required Experience:
15+ years of relevant experience in the area of commercial and manufacturing
in the pharmaceutical industry, among which 5+ years in executive managerial
positions
Strong knowledge of industry and bases of business (commercial and
manufacturing)
