Assists in keeping all allotted scholarship and training programs based on
committee's approval, and monitors all scholarship recipients in different
categories.

Plans and designs scholarship programs.
Interviews potential scholarshipcandidates. Assists in analyzing departments'
scholarship/ training programneeds based on approved plan.
Coordinates and records scholarship planwith assigned departments.
Reports utilization of available positionsto properly monitor available slots.
Follows-up and evaluates periodicaltranscript/ evaluation in order to make
reports for review.
Assists scholarship recipients uponcompletion of the program.
Assists departments in defining targetpositions for scholars and trainees.
Coordinates and supports hospital staff inimplementing scholarship/training
program to achieve objectives.
Manages and facilitates internal andexternal communications as applicable.
Assists in updating the Hospitalscholarship/training rules and regulations.
Prepares Scholarship/Training Committeeperiodical activities, and statistics,
as assigned.
Assesses in obtaining further informationas per Scholarship/Training Committee
requests.
Composes replies to correspondence forsupervisor's signature.
Oversees and coordinates scholarshiprecipient's pre and post scholarship
activities.
Evaluates effectiveness of scholarshipprogram during and post to include
programs and institutes.
Ensures appropriate utilization ofavailable data and recommends changes.
Coordinates with other departments in allscholarship/training activities
including advertisement and internal rules andregulations.
Reviews periodical transcript/evaluationbased on periodical communication and
received reports and recommendsimprovements.
Recommends appropriaterecruitment/additional training modules of scholars.
Assess in preparing necessary responses torejected/deferred cases.
Follows all Hospital policies andprocedures.
Participates in self and others education,training and development as
applicable.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Bachelor 's or Associate Degree/ Diploma in Hospital / Business Administration
or other related discipline is required.
Grade 08: One (1) year of related Hospital Administration/ Coordination
experience with Bachelor 's or three (3) years with Associate Degree/ Diploma
is required.
Grade 09: Three (3) years of related Hospital Administration/ Coordination
experience with Bachelor's or five (5) years with Associate Degree/ Diploma is
required.
Bilingual able to read/ write in English/ Arabic is required.
