Ensures accurate receiving and shipping of customers' freight,
maintains inventory integrity, and investigates/reconciles all
inventory and shipping discrepancies.
Conducts weekly Inventory cycles, cycle counts, reconciles counts. Reconciles
and coordinates all activates related to the return of mis- shipped freight,
customer refusals OS&D. Identifies and reconciles inventory discrepancies in a
timely manner. Maintains inventory reports and logs. Checks freight for
accurate paperwork. Appraises Supervisor and Customer Service Manager of any
non-compliant freight. Verifies all freight pulls, transfers, and movement of
freight and orders. Assists in planning inbound and outbound loads.
