Delivering best support to our customers is at the center of our strategy. We
are now expanding our team and recruiting a new Logistic Support Specialist to
join our organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
This role is accountable for the overall logistics process success for the
Saudi customers.
Your responsibilities
* Ensuring that all sales functions in the western region, Saudi Arabia are conducted ethically within the compliance framework. Work with sales, planner, and CS team to ensure reagents availability on time.
* Support the proper forecast with the distributors by working with sales, planner, and CS team to place the orders on a monthly basis to cover the customers consumption, and make sure that the key customers (including GPPRR) enough reagents to cover at least two months' consumption.
* Follow up the project plan with the Sales, planners and CS to ensure instruments/ automation delivery on time.
* Visiting the key customers with the sales team to check with the end user the consumption of each test to manage orders and specifically GPPRR .
* Make a monthly analysis for the monthly GPPRR report results and for the monthly inventory in the form of tables and charts to evaluate projects usage in coordination with the distributor and manage delivered.
* Provides weekly and monthly reports to the General manager
Profile
* University degree in Laboratory sciences or similar
* Previous experience 5-7 years in the field of logistics
* Familiar with MOH/ NUPCO logistic process
* Fluent in English and Arabic language
* Customer focus and ability to drive collaboration
* Travel 30% domestic
