Duties & Responsibilities:
* Healthy predictable pipeline to deliver on targets.
*
Consistent delivery of high value revenue-generating opportunities.




  • Lead regular, impactful engagements with key clients.




  • Grow Media Buying's share of wallet across client portfolio using data driven insights with budget decision makers to meet or exceed total.




  • Leverage current relationships in the advertising ecosystem to drive revenue conversions as well as open up new relationships.



  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs, challenges/concerns and
    goals/objectives.

  • Develop a cohesive action plan to address opportunities.

  • Monthly reports and quarterly reviews management.

  • Coordinate with group teams to ensure timely and proactive customer
    escalations by effectively leveraging internal partner networks

  • Continuous business learning and professional growth, taking personal
    accountability for the career and personal development. Create, update and
    regularly check in on your career development plan.
    Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum ‎7 years' online media sales/ advertising experience required

  • Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree preferred

  • Proven track record of exceptional performance, high productivity, communications skills and meeting deadlines

  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed targets

  • Proven ability to understand customer needs, create and deliver customized, customer-focused pitches and solutions

  • Effectively navigate through ambiguity and complexities related to client management

  • Talented in storytelling and delivering engaging presentations across all levels of client leadership levels

  • Ability to navigate customer sales negotiations and technical presentations in person and remotely
