Sales Manager
Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh at Kingdom Centre is looking for Saudi
Nationals.
The Sales Manager is responsible for business generation as it relates to
prospecting and securing business on behalf of the hotel in accordance with
the goals and strategies outlined in the annual Marketing Plan and in concert
with WSO effort. The position is also responsible for soliciting and securing
business from key industry sources. Sales Managers are accountable for
ensuring quotas and goals are met and to ensure that direct sales activities
are focused on generating the highest possible RevPAR for the overall hotel's
success. This position requires a high degree of independent judgement and
discretion on decision making .
Key Functions
Promote and sell to assigned market in geographic region.
Develop relationships and accounts (new and existing) by mapping specific
business and buying tendencies.
Maintain organized and professional plan for correspondence and follow up.
Generate hotel/resort awareness through direct phone sales, direct sales
calls, trade shows and networking for Retail and Wholesale segments.
Work closely with sales and marketing team to create business development
plans independently.
Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills, acute
attention to detail, proven negotiation skills, strong organizational and time
management skills and proven record with positive relationships amongst
worldwide sales teams and clients alike.
Conduct tours of property while informing of all hotel/resort services
available, entertain customers on property, during site inspections, pre-
planning trips, and program operation when appropriate.
Work closely with Reservations Department to plan detailed itineraries and
preferences to exceed guest and travel agent expectation.
2-3 years of Luxury Hotel Sales experience preferred.
Proven sales track record a plus.
Travel may be required .
