Service and Maintenance is a strategic priority for our business, and we have
a unique opportunity for someone who has a passion to drive our service
operations in Saudi Arabia - Eastern/Central Region.
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Service Operations Manager to
be based in our Riyadh office. In this role, you will proactively manage
customer relationships, lead and coach the service team to reach the
maintenance operations targets and objectives. The role is also responsible
for driving improved profitability, growing the business and delivering high-
quality customer service

What will you do?
* Lead the Service operations and ensure the quality and profitability of service delivery
* Establish and grow relationships with strategic customers
* Drive change initiatives and ensure expected business benefit realizations
* Ensure adequate resources to achieve short and long-term targets of maintenance operations team
* Responsible for driving accountability in meeting contract requirements and ensuring delivered quality and customer satisfaction through proper follow-up
* Accountable to driving strict adherence to safety policy & quality standards
Are you the one?
*
Strong relevant technical background and education
* ‎10+ years of experience within Maintenance/Service Business in the same or relevant industries
* Strong communication skills - as an Operations Manager you will interact with various stakeholders so the ability to communicate & present complex data is important
* Highly motivated, goal oriented with an orientation towards a high level of customer service
* Ability to effectively evaluate business performance and identify initiatives to drive positive results
* Excellent Arabic and English language skills
