Duties and responsibilities
To Plan, manage and organize all services activities at the project to ensure
providing high quality and timely services to clients, in addition to
continually providing guidance, assistance and support to the staff members
and finding ways to increase their efficiency and effectiveness.
Other Duties and responsibilities:
* Participating in the development of strategies and objectives of the department.
* Developing and managing the execution of short term plans for implementing the approved objectives.
* Flourishing suggestions and recommendations that would enable a more effective and efficient work flow.
* Monitoring the work flow within the department and ensuring that all preventive and corrective actions are being made promptly.
* Participating in developing the department's budgets and managing the activities within towards achieving the set budget.
Qualification and experience
* Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
* A minimum of 6 years experience in a related field.
* Proficiency in both written and spoken in English languages.
