Today, we are recruiting for Communications Technology Project Manager
position to Join our Project Team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is an

As Communications Technology Project Manager you will be responsible for
Management and supervision of personnel working within the COM maintenance
section with the objective to ensure that the COM system is kept operational
and available.
What are my responsibilities?
* Managing and supervising the shift leaders, engineers, technicians, and workers, who are employed within COM maintenance section as well as any temporary personnel.
* Correcting conditions and the timely availability of the section, which forms a part of the overall maintenance organization.
* Networking between the various maintenance and operation departments to manage scheduled maintenance tasks and coordinating the interface between maintenance sections.
* You will be tailoring needed requirements for the recruitment of personnel in co-operation with the human resource manager and suggests training programs for the staff under his management.
* Analyzing of the maintenance history for the related equipment and facilities along with optimizing maintenance tasks as result of ongoing analysis.
* You are expected to review inspection results and decision making of appropriate actions.
* Reporting system to ensure the availability of sufficient and suitable spares for his area of supervision.
* Ensuring a quick and short time availability of suitable manpower, adequate tools, and materials in events of incidents.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering
* ‎10 years of work experience;‎5 years of experience in the field of project management or technical management (Integration/validation, Tests & Commissioning) and ‎5 years of experience as project core team member role.
* Experience in network, telephony, Intercom, CCTV, SCADA, Public Address, Passenger Information.
* Good organizational and communication skills along with excellent leadership skills.
* Ability to solve conflicts and report to executive management.
