Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Department & Team: Sales and Marketing
Location: Riyadh, KSA
Summary:
Genesys are looking to hire a SDR to discover new business within the Saudi
region. The ideal candidate will have previous SDR experience within any field
and have the ability to communicate fluently in Native Arabic and English. The
SDR will be given inbound leads as well as do strategic outbound prospecting.

Key Responsibilities:
* Contacting prospects through calls, emails, social to create awareness and qualify if their business is a good fit for Genesys
* Maintaining SLA for inbound leads
* Build relationships with prospects and the internal teams
* Have weekly meetings with sales teams to work collectively on accounts
* Outbound prospecting and account list building
* Being available to go to the office to connect with the local team as well as traveling to events outside the country
* Making set number of calls, emails, and social interaction everyday
* Communication skills within the team is essential, both for Arabic as well as English
Desirable Skills:
* ‎2+ years of relevant professional experience
* Have experience or knowledge on how CRM systems like salesforce work
* Have experience in working with Microsoft applications like excel and PowerPoint
* Experience in collecting competitive intelligence and mapping market/industry segments
* Understanding in resilience, active listening and self-awareness and working in a rapidly changing environment
* Creativity, finding new ways to over come challenges
