PURPOSE: To maximize the performance of the retail store through the
achievement of sales,
DIMENSIONS : Boutique
CONTEXT: Boutique-based reporting to Boutique Manager
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
The sales associate is responsible for:
1. Support to the team for the achievement of sales targets
2. the development of sales initiatives
3. exemplary customer service
4. correct visibility inside and outside the boutique
5. ensure high quality product promotion
6. Perform other tasks requested by the line manager
The sales associate ensures:
7. to communicate in a team building way
8. to provide information for all reporting tools
9. proper Boutique maintenance
The sales associates contributes to:
10. respect all organisational aspects of the shop floor
11. maintain the image of the Montblanc boutique as a luxury store
