The Sales Associate will be part of an exciting, modern and digitally advanced
store environment. You will be responsible for making sure the customer has a
great experience in our store and the store looks amazing!
You will work as an individual and part of the team to maximize sales and
provide customers with complete service and an enjoyable shopping experience.
Ensure that your department is presented according to the company standards,
and that stock loss risks are absolutely minimized.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Giving continuous attention to display / floor areas to improve presentation standards and sales, and taking necessary action within store supervisor's guidelines.
* Anticipating and advising customer's on their needs, suggesting options in a friendly and approachable style.
* Following correct cash till procedures quickly and efficiently.
* Following brand visual guidelines and information on best sellers to maximize sales
* Assisting across all activities in reducing stock loss by observing all company procedures
* Coordinating stock transfers in an efficient manner in line with procedures.
* Responsible for stock room housekeeping and organization.

المهمات والمسؤوليات
* اتّباع الخطوط الإرشادية لعرض العلامات التجارية (الماركات) والمعلومات المتعلّقة بالمنتجات الأكثر مبيعاً بهدف زيادة المبيعات إلى الحد الأعلى
* توقّع وتقديم المشورة إلى الزبائن حول احتياجاتهم واقتراح الخيارات بأسلوب لطيف وودي
* أتباع الإجراءات الصحيحة في ادارة صناديق البيع
* إعطاء الاهتمام المتواصل لمناطق العرض/الصالة بهدف تحسين مستويات العرض والبيع، واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة وفقاً للخطوط الإرشادية التي يضعها مشرف المعرض
* المساعدة في جميع الأنشطة للحد من خسائر المخزون من خلال اتّباع جميع إجراءات الشركة
* التنسيق في عمليات التسليم ونقل البضائع بطريقة فعالة تماشياً مع الإجراءات
* يكون مسؤولاً عن تنظيف وترتيب المخزن

* الإستمتاع بتقديم خدمة مميزة للعملاء, والعمل مع اشخاص مميزين و التفاخر بمعرضك
* امتلاك شهادة الثانوية العامة على الأقل أو ما يعادلها
* القدرة على العمل بشكل جيد ضمن فريق عمل لتحقيق الأهداف
* التمتّع بمهارات التواصل والتنسيق مع عدة أشخاص
* القدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة
* الاهتمام بالتفاصيل
* القدرة على التكيف والمرونة للتعامل مع العديد من التغييرات خلال يوم العمل
* القدرة على العمل وتحقيق الأهداف تحت الضغوطات
* الإلمام باستخدام الكمبيوتر
