In this role as Controller Saudi Arabia for Health Care Business, you will
partner primarily with General Manager Saudi Arabia, as well with several
functions. You will report to the Regional Head of Controlling Middle East,
Africa, Turkey and Russia (MEAR)

Your main responsibilities include:
* Maintain a Business Performance tracking framework including Key KPI's and core financial reports
* Drive P &L management with focus on accurate Sales and OPEX Forecasting
* Run the Planning and Forecasting processes in coordination with key stakeholders to deliver consistent, ambitious and reliable plans
* Prepare monthly management reports together with qualitative performance insights
* Support your Business Partner in their delivery of business results by having a deep understanding of strategy and anticipating the needs of both operations and management
* Provide forward looking and ad-hoc financial analysis to address risks and opportunities
* Present the findings and insights to the relevant stakeholders in an adequate way
* Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders and their teams to actively influence day to day decisions, shaping strategy and the direction of the business, with a problem-solving mindset.
* Provide financial information to assist the leadership team in resource allocations and in meeting business objectives and financial targets

Who you are:

You have ‎7+years of professional experience working in a Finance environment
along with a strong and proven Business Partnership experience. You have a
track record of strong performance as well as a creative thinker and apply
analytical skills beyond the traditional functions of controlling.

Skills and experiences:
* Strong social and influencing capabilities with an ambitious, strategic and forward-looking business mindset
* Ability to work independently and to enable agile ways of working, empowered decision-making and creative mindset and feeling comfortable dealing with risk and working with ambiguity
* Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex controlling topics and to contribute to discussions and decision-making at various levels of the organization
* Strong core business skills including influencing, stakeholder management, negotiating and conflict management
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint; demonstrated ability to develop complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups. Proficient in think cell
* Proficiency in data mining/data extraction (SAP, TM1, Tableau, SAP BW)
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken
* Having a University Degree (or MBA or other relevant Post Graduate qualification), Accounting qualification a plus
