Job Description
Northrop Grumman Defense Systems sector is seeking a Controller (M2) for our
Vinnell Arabia, Saudi Arabia. This position will have oversight of S4 stand-
up & implementation in-country, rates and budgets, program oversight, and
financial compliance, and capital activities and will support financial
growth. This role will report to Director of Business Management, Vinnell
Arabia.
This position is located onsite (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (‎2-‎3 months US based
/ ‎8-‎9 months KSA based (Expatriate).
Roles and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to,
the following:
* Oversight of financial controls and overall financial compliance program
* Review of EACs for adequacy and compliance
* Revenue Recognition review and guidance to business in consultation with sector accounting
* Indirect budget and affordability planning, management, and oversight for division staff
* Financial oversight of and evaluation of business case for NCTA and Capital financial allocation
* Financial integration, oversight, and consultation for international subsidiary operations
* Coordination, oversight, and review for international statutory filings
* Financial statement and cash flow analysis with an emphasis on planning and forecasting strategy
* Lead monthly closing and reporting activities
* Provide guidance on business management policies and procedures
* Provide business management leadership to OU Finance & Accounting function
* Ad hoc analysis and special project leadership in support of business objectives and initiatives
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of performance in
leadership roles in both functional organizations and P&L program level
responsibility and possess a thorough understanding of accounting principles,
concepts, practices, and standards. The candidate will maintain the highest
level of commitment to quality, compliance, and internal controls in adherence
to company values and ethics.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor 's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields with ‎10 years of experience OR ‎14 years experience in lieu of degree.
* Subject matter expert level knowledge and experience with government cost accounting standards and federal acquisition regulations, disclosure statements, and GAAP
* ‎7 years of experience in leadership or management positions
* Experience with International Business & Culture
* Experience presenting complex information to all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
* The willingness to reside in Saudi Arabia on a long-term international assignment.
* U.S. Citizenship is a prerequisite
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in presenting financial data to executive leadership
* International experience & perspective
* Demonstrated success in developing and leading functional and cross-functional teams

Salary Range: $‎97,300 USD - $‎145,900 USD
