We are looking to hire an HR Manager – Administration and Compliance for one
of our top IT service provider Clients.
Location – Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Reporting to – Head of HR
Job responsibilities:
* Ensuring that the organization acts in compliance with internal policies, external rules, and regulations.
* Define and implement compliance strategy for processing.
* Initiate & lead the review, formulation and standardization of HR policies, procedures, and processes with the stakeholders
* To assist in compiling and reviewing HR policies ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws.
* Ensure all the hiring activities take place while complying with the Laws.
* Making sure the day-to-day operations assigned to the Employees abide with the established standards, processes and procedures.
* Advice and train employees whenever they need insights in understanding the laws better.
* Contribute to and lead development of compliance policies and procedures.
* Responding to questions from the business in a timely manner.
Qualification and requirements:
* KSA National.
* Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
* Excellent knowledge of KSA laws and regulations.
* 5-7 years of relevant experience.
* Excelled English and Arabic communication skills.
