We are seeking for a Local Distributor Manager to join the Saudi Commercial
department.
This position will be reporting to the Director of bioMerieux Saudi Arabia
Office with the below responsibilities.
The position is located in Riyadh - Saudi Arabia.
What will your responsibilities within bioM erieux?
Sales Management:
* Coordinate and implement the sales strategy of the Strategic products.
* Manage Sell-out Data, analyse sell-out Data and plan (solutions and accounts) accordingly
* Manage annual budget and monthly LBE of multiple order and revenue targets through accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting.
* Drive KAM Approach by prioritizing selling accounts to generate sales volume, achieve account penetration and complete territory coverage
* Plan & Prepare Business Review meetings
* Drive Value based selling workshops to bMx and Distributor team.
Full Potential:
* Follow up, monitor and drive the full potential KPI's
* Review and align new business opportunities, current installed base, service capabilities & financials matters to FP initiatives
* Work closely with each Initiative champion, local and regional marketing team to drive the plan execution.
* Prepare and communicate on-time the necessary FP performance report
* Coach the sales and Application team in field execution of FP plans and actions.
Distributor Sale Capabilities
* Drive and coach Distributor team in Value based selling in coordination with marketing team.
* Developing sales argumentations adapted to each markets and market segment
* Participate to Sales forces technical training and set / lead / execute training plans for distribution field people.
* Coach and enhance the sales and management capabilities of the distributor Commercial Managers.
KoL Management
* Stakeholders Mapping update
* Selecting, dealing, arranging meeting and engagement plan with KOL's
* Ensure Compliance aspects of KOL engagements the contract terms & conditions related (paperwork files)
Who are you?
Studies and Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years experience in Saudi Market in Sales Manager position or Key account manager for the region with a Medical/ Biology Degree or any Related Science and Lab Degree and Business degree is a plus.
* Preferable to have same position in other IVD or pharmaceutical companies.
