Job Description
Location : Dammam 2nd Industrial Area
* Manage the entry of documentations and orders into the ERP system
* File , Archive documents and job orders
* Attend planning and sales meeting to record the meeting minutes and actions
* Act as focal point with HR team to all matters related to production and planning department.
* Create a daily production schedule
* Coordinate with other departments for scheduling conflicts
* Ensure to have the proper materials on hand for production
* Adjust the schedule as needed
* Fulfill other administrative or office duties as needed
