**Job Titel : Production Manager
Job description:
Strategy
* Manages effort to provide manufacturing support to Product Teams and Functional Operations Groups through producibility reviews, process designs, N/C programming and other support as needed.
* Leads implementation of formalized improvement plans to improve the effectiveness of the KSA Plant.
* Interface with Singapore Hub and Global REMS Operations and Best Practices Councils to implement global best practices, align business strategy in line with growth and competitiveness for the site.
Execution
* Lead and facilitate efforts to achieve manufacturing safety, quality, delivery and cost reduction goals and targets.
* Interact with different functions in ensuring capacity (tooling, equipment) and resource (manpower, competency) meet organizational objectives.
* Develop and maintain systems for production processes of all products manufactured in-house in the region. Standardize and alignment of processes, policies, and procedures for manufacturing and testing. Redesign processes to improve throughput and reduce manufacturing costs.
* Formulates and implements annual improvement plans with established targets and timing in support of the Business Strategy and Manufacturing Transformation. Communicates and drive business priorities and manufacturing requirements to the team and ensuring commitment to meet or exceed expectations. Monitors and tracks progress and provide regular performance status.
* Manages the human resource functions of the department including hiring and discipline issues, training and development, competency matrix, performance appraisals, salary and job change actions and counseling and coaching staff.
* Ensure cooperation and interaction across diverse stakeholders & customers both internal and external in achieving overall customer success.
Building Capabilities
* Develop critical competencies for the manufacturing team in meeting future leadership needs and sustainability of the manufacturing organization.
* Collaborate with Maintenance team to develop and implement Total Preventive Maintaining (TPM) program for the plant.
Safety
* Ensure shop crew compliance to shop safe work practices and Safety Policy compliance.
* Encourage active employee engagement with START and performs routine safety walkabout.
* Establish regular safety Process Verification audit to assess crew competency and compliance.
* Review HIRAC for all shop activities and identify opportunities for improvements.

Skills:
* Self-driven individual with keen technical ability, systematic approach, detail-orientated, excellent problem-solving skills, positive attitude and strong team player.
* Willingness to take on challenges and expanded roles as assigned based on business needs.
* Excellent experience in providing technical and professional leadership as well as leading teams
* Good experience in leading and driving projects/activities across a range of manufacturing processes
* Possess good understanding of the following: o Understanding of a wide range of manufacturing processes o Understanding of inspection processes including NDE o Understanding of drawings and specifications o Understanding of quality and process control procedures including audits
Education and Degree Requirement :
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technical Field
