RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Manage and control complete Operations in NOVSAL [PFT -WSP] in Saudi Arabia.
* Work with senior leadership to setup /improvement of the manufacturing facility in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
* Overall responsibility to supervise the staff/direct and indirect shop floor manpower.
* Maintains overall financial responsibilities/expectations for plant.
* Implements Corporate and Facility policies and procedures to ensure facility expectations are being met.
* Champions the Safety and Quality programs ensuring a safe workplace and quality product are being achieved.
* Consistently meet production schedules ensuring timely shipment of product to our customer base.
* Provides overall administration to the manufacturing facility.
* Sets the goals and objectives of the facility and implements plans to meet those goals and objectives.
* Monitors and drives improvements in Key Process Indicators (KPIs) to develop process excellence for the site.
* Actively engaged in driving improved shop efficiencies and lower material cost (with the Global Supply Chain team) to achieve improved product cost.
* Responsible for the maintenance group keeping the equipment and assets in good operational order.
* Responsible for monthly staff meetings with direct reports to ensure that Corporate and facility goals and objectives are being monitored and complied.
* Responsible for scheduling quarterly Management review meetings to ensure ISO/Quality programs are operating in the most efficient and accurate way.
* Assists in the employee development of direct reports and employees through performance feedback discussions and one on one discussion.
* Involved in Corrective Actions plans of employees or direct reports.
* Assists in the determination of future equipment needs or improvements and make recommendations for the justification of capital expenditures for equipment, buildings, etc.
* Coordinates with HSE, Quality, Project management, Engineering & Procurement to meet customer expectation for product quality.
FACILITY SPECIFIC RESPONSIBLITIES:
* Excellent communicator that exhibits strong critical thinking capabilities with the ability to multitask daily.
* Broad knowledge of Fabrication, welding, NDE and skid assembly/testing.
* Experience with ERP systems.
* Demonstrate high analytical thinking and sound judgment.
* Full understanding of production planning strategies, inventory management and control.
* Results oriented person that exhibits a sense of urgency and continues to drive for excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
* Engineering Degree or Diploma in respective field.
EXPERIENCE:
* 15 + years of minimum experience in Oil & gas Mechanical construction field.
* Fabrication experience in process equipment's, piping and various process Modules.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
* Shall have sound technical knowledge in materials, welding, coating/painting, NDE inspection and general construction activities. Shall have experience of working to and fully familiar with codes and standards such as from ANSI, ASME, ASTM, API and BS codes used in oil and gas industries.
* Experience in managing fabricators for pressure vessels, piping and structural
