YOUR ROLE
- Plans and actively steers the business within the assigned area, to achieve the monthly, quarterly, and yearly set objectives
- Allocates the regions (routes) for the ESF (Exclusive Sales Force) team and monitor the daily, monthly, and yearly KPIs
- Coordinates the daily operations with the internal and external stakeholders
- Builds excellent relationship with the distributor & key customers
- Actively controls and steers the order and payment cycle (collection) with the distributor, as well as retail customers
- Manages stock level at distributor's and together with the ESF team, steers FIFO at retailer's
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration
- Good command of English - spoken and written
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably FMCG
- Retail Sales-operations experience
