Operations Manager (Dammam)

We 're looking for an Operations Manager to join our team within our Middle
East division based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia* .

About the role
We are looking for a forward-thinking and progressive manager to run the
facility in Dammam Saudi. This position would suit an experienced or
developing manager who wants to challenge themselves in a diverse and engaging
environment. The operation in Saudi is one that we need to develop and grow,
whilst also seeking new opportunities to expand the business. The team has
experience that needs coaching and direction to become more technically
competent and efficient.

There is a strong focus on localisation within Saudi and our aim is to build a
strong local workforce tapping into Score's rich history in training and

Primary responsibilities
* Planning & monitoring of work within Score workshop and at clientele site / offshore facilities
* Supervision of staff in all aspects of repairs, maintenance, modification, testing and site services
* Ownership and reporting against agreed budgets
* Client communication, interaction, and reporting
* Hands on approach where scope of work dictates
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
* Ensure compliance to Client Standards and Specifications
* Client Quotation and CTR creation, review, and approvals as necessary
* Compilation and review of Quality documentation
* Ensure high quality of delivery and service
* Work scope management and cost control
* Internal monthly reporting
* Sub-supplier communication and management
* Training, development, and appraisal of personnel
* Implementation and upkeep of workshop maintenance and safety schedules
* Creation & Delivery of Toolbox Talks
* Meeting of company Goals and Objectives
