Primary Function:
This position acts as a strategic business partner and supports business
growth by providing a comprehensive HR service which covers talent
acquisition, people development, performance and change management, labor
relations, compensation and benefits .
This role also coordinates the implementation of HR projects, initiatives,
services, policies and training programs.
Essential Functions:
* Partner with the business in a consultancy capacity and all matters related to people management.
* Identifies training & development programs (including production) with a view to enhance productivity, building internal capabilities & quality
* Support company branding and community support activities
* Ensure that the HR practices and policies are in line with Eaton Philosophy & Values
* Ensure that the Talent Hub tools are fully utilized to support development
* Work with the business to manage the performance management process including objective setting, development planning and calibration. Support business to proactively manage poor performers
* Drives the talent agenda through identification of talent pool candidates, promoting career development, coaching, and development planning within the businesses + succession planning.
* Lead recruitment from A - Z - understand and respond to the business staffing needs. Manage sourcing, screening, hiring process & conduct competency based interviews or assessment centres for a broad range of roles including production employees
* Drive the Employee Survey, Diversity & Inclusion agendas with the team.
* Provide active partnering and support to enable the business unit to operate effectively and ensure the timely identification of issues/trends and the presentation of solutions
* Work with the organisation on the delivery of business outcomes
* Follows the onboarding and integration in the organization of the new employees
* Prepare HR KPI reports , support to HR Manager for quarterly HC forecasts
* Support HR Manager for ISO audits and other audits.
* Support and lead HR specific projects/initiatives, including organizational and change management activities
* Provide expertise and business partnership to managers on site around the topics of workforce planning, performance management and employee relations
* Maintain accurate human resources information system records; analyzes HR KPIs trends and based on that provide guidance on business and HR related issues
* Ensure integrity in all HR systems with timely and accurate data entry and frequent audits

Qualifications


Required:
* Must be degree qualified, ideally in Business, HR or other related matter (Psychology for example)
* Minimum of ‎8 years HR generalist experience with at least ‎2 years people management experience
* Experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in electrical engineering
* Should have working knowledge of recruitment, compensation and benefits, learning and development, policy and procedure, employee relations and Saudisation.
* Be able to effectively build relationships, role model ethical behavior, act impartially, strong communicator, global mindset, self-aware and mature.
