Koch Engineered Solutions is looking for an HR Generalist to join the team. We
seek a contribution-motivation minded HR professional to create superior value

What You Will Do

• Coordinate with line managers on time and attendance, payroll, leave tracking, management reports, compensation management, performance reviews, onboarding new employees, and separations.


• Partner with the supervisors to recruit temps. and permanent manufacturing roles.


• Work closely with the regional HR Team to ensure HR programs and strategies are aligned with KES global strategies and business objectives.


• Coordinate various governmental requirements, and portals and upload data in a timely manner.


• Ensure medical/life insurance and other benefits are appropriately administered.


• Lead CO-OP interns' programs with institutes and Universities based on business needs.


• Develop a positive employee relations environment, by answering questions, investigating complaints, and managing employee grievances to an appropriate conclusion.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Success in a similar role in a complex international environment.
* Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
* Excellent written and verbal communication in both Arabic and English

* HR experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
* Experience in recruiting within manufacturing operations
* Strong relationship-building skills and a thirst to learn about the business and the company's culture.
