HR Generalist

You are responsible for
Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to
resolve a variety of issues.
Conducting presentations concerning specific projects or schedules.
Implement and execute our people strategy with HRBP, management and other
stakeholders (CoE, PPS).
Act as a sparring partner for HRBPs and managers on local implications and
solutions for managers and/or employees in employee relations procedures.
Work closely with the business to understand and address business issues and
supports local organizational capabilities development with HR interventions
Drive standardization in the execution of HR policies and processes.
Support and facilitate the development of managers in people management and
manager self-service.
Participate in HR-projects on a cluster / market level

To succeed in this role, you 'll need a customer-first attitude and the
following
Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
Experience in operational implementation of the HR strategy through day-today
execution of HR activities
Experience in delivery of core HR services through end-to-end framework
Experience in managing stakeholders
Experience in planning, coordinating, executing, and evaluating projects
Very good command of Microsoft Powerpoint and facilitation of meetings,
trainings
Excellent command of written and spoken English
