Job Description:
Payroll process: Supporting all Payroll and Personnel Affairs Operations
Monitor the monthly overtime calculation in line with the time attendance system
Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
Handling both the hiring and resignation process
Develop realistic and measurable performance and (KPIs) for each function within the organization
Experience and knowledge of sourcing Blue & white Collar workers
Manage the process from taking the job order to advertising, screening, selection and confirming new starters
Support for all personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labour office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance and build a strong relationship with them.
Dealing with the Social Insurance to solve any issue or problem concerning employees
Creating and maintaining personnel records for each employee and maintaining the employee database system
Tracking employees' vacation balances
Generate all the periodical reports on personnel related issues
Job Requirements:
Experience in the same field at least 3 -5 years.
Excellent proficiency in English
Highly Presentable
Flexible team-player and supportive to them at all times.
The ideal person will be a natural multi-task, work well under deadlines
Fast Learner and very good communication skills
Computer skills
BS Degree is must
