Koch Engineered Solutions is hiring for Supply Chain Admin to join the team
based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role is to be responsible for facilitating
administrative activities within the supply chain department, other internal
departments, and suppliers. This role holder will report directly to the
supply chain manager.
Our Team
SC Admin will be working in supply chain department with procurement, and
logistics teams. Also, will be in contact with other departments internally,
for example, finance, project execution, and warehouse.
What You Will Do
* On-Boarding of new suppliers:
* Updating of their forms, data, etc.
* Coordinating with Legal for Clearance on Commented Vendor Registration Documents.
* Updating of supplier re-validation data for the Existing suppliers on SharePoint.
* Maintaining cost data for projects & raw materials
* Updating spend data on regular basis,
* providing it to Project Manager & Accounts team at the time of project closure,
* Provided this information on monthly basis.
* Support in preparation of required documentation
* Supporting team on logistics activities like
* preparing E-way bill, packing list, checking supplier draft invoices and
* cascade these details to Accounts & Project Manager.
* Keep track of Supplier invoices and till the payment is remitted.
* Maintaining Payment Reconciliation statement.
* Providing support to Accounts team for Suppliers outstanding Payment/Invoices.
* Preparation of monthly Provision file for payments.
* Reporting monthly basis KPI's for Supply Chain.
* Collaborated with team members for any kind of support required.
* Statutory record keeping and coordination.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* High skills and experience in excel
* Bachelor degree of MIS, supply Chain degrees are recommended
* ERP system experience and knowledge
* High skills in organizational and time management skills

* Fluency in English and Arabic language written and spoken
