About The Role

As an Administrator within the Supply Chain Administration Team you will be
responsible for creating item codes and maintaining a large master database.
This position has the responsibility to ensure data integrity of the supplier
base and correctness of the interfaces and updates. You will assist with
various administrative queries, perform numerous updates in procurement
systems and serve as the point of contact for our systems end users. This role
requires independent and professional judgment and reports to the Assistant
Manager, Procurement.

About You

Ideally, we'd like you to have a relevant Bachelor's Degree from an accredited
university preferably in Supply Chain, International Business or Business
Administration with a minimum of ‎1 - ‎2 years' experience within in a similar
capacity. Sound knowledge of the procurement processes, exceptional
communication skills, logical reasoning, analytical skills and exceptional
attention to details are necessary to succeed in this role. You will have
experience with various systems, including contract software, ERP, and
e-Sourcing. You will have to demonstrate the ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously, have exceptional interpersonal and communication
skills, and be able to interface effectively with all levels of management. In
this role, you will have the natural ability to effectively influence through
knowledge and to engage and follow through methodically with complaints and
tasks.
