Supply Chain Supervisor (KSA)

Interwell is looking for a Supply Chain Supervisor to join our team in KSA
and be part of our exciting growth journey.
The role will be responsible to support country supply chain operations and
work closely with Supply chain manager to oversee end to end supply chain for
KSA. Responsibilities will also include to handle end to end supply chain to
ensure that all equipment / parts are registered, shipped, and tracked
correctly, along with all related customs related clearance.

Main Activities & Responsibilities:
Warehouse and Inventory Management
* Monitor and lead cycle count for the site as per the planned schedule.
* Responsible for warehouse stock register, cycle counting, stock take and reconciliation.
* Assist Workshop and Operations with any discrepancies in paperwork versus goods received.
* Liaise with the Technical Support team by marking Items in IFS to be put to investigation, quarantine.
* Follow up with NCR procedure/action in IFS in liaison with MENA QHSSE and Tech Service Manager.
* Work closely with operations to carry out safety stock and utilization review for the country.
Logistics Management
* Manage daily routes/schedules of shipments and deliveries and backloads. Use IFS (ERP) system to control logistical movements and operations within KSA
* Liaise with shipping agents and freight forwarders to arrange customs clearance as per Interwell instructions.
* Experience within KSA customs procedures customs rules, and regulations.
* Create, save and file shipping documentation (Transport Order, GRN CI, CST, Certs, Dg's and customs paperwork) in the IFS System and manually.
* Support Workshop supervisors and local managers regarding mobilizations and demobilizations' of Interwell equipment.
Procurement and Sourcing
* Create purchase orders and purchase requisitions in IFS for stock, rental and hire equipment.
* Track the progress of orders, Expedite, and escalate critical orders as required
* Work closely with suppliers/agents and conduct regular vendor evaluation. Raise Corrective Action/Non-conformance reports as required and monitors development.
* Strengthen and streamline local supply chain and lead contract manufacturing for the country as per QCP. Ensure manufactured products meet the specified Quality Control Plans before delivery to end customers.
General Management
* Promote a core-value culture of continuous improvement and personal commitment to Interwell policies
* Approve of transport and customs invoicing via Excel spreadsheet before passing onto the accounts department for payment.
* Adhere to Health and Safety Regulations set as per Company policies set out.
* Take part in daily logistics and supply chain operation, tasks, and activities
* Monitor and track Supply chain and logistics KPI for the worksite.
* Participate and contribute to best recommended programs and processes to ensure a cost-efficient supply chain & logistics.

Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, industrial engineering, or any other related degree. Studies can be compensated by relevant experience
* Understanding KSA Customs regulations,knowledge of handling of Dangerous goods, and SABER will be an added advantage.
* Min ‎5 years experienced in supply chain Operations from MENA region. KSA experience will be an advantage.
* IT literacy / Excellent computer skills
