NCR is currently seeking a Operation Technical Support Supervisor to join our
Managed Services EMEA Banking organization. This associate would have the
following responsibilities.
Key Areas of Responsibility
* Full Knowhow of NCR Managed Service solutions
* Provide extended troubleshooting to MS Operation by reviewing logs using tools set available and their functionality as well as taking in consideration other environmental devices behavior values such as network, hardware performance etc
* Manage a team consisted of Technical Support Specialist / Analysts
* Escalation to resolver groups when applicable through corporate tools such us NEOS and follow up until closure
* Responsible for performance management of the allocated span
* Meet the given targets
* Maintaining general employee discipline and performance
* Maintaining effective communication with the internal or external client
* Identify, facilitate, and implement process improvement ideas to improve efficiency
* Scheduling and delegating workload
* Assisting MSO on any new and ongoing projects when relevant
* Report on open issues and recommendation for improvement in collaboration with MS Technical Consultant / Operation and any other relevant solution stakeholder.
Candidate profile and qualifications:
* Degree on a ITS / Engineering related subject
* MS Industry relevant certifications such us ITIL, CCNA, CCNP
* Able to take initiative and assist team members
* Knowledge of MS solutions & ATM hardware & software.
* Knowledge of infrastructure, equipment, team processes, troubleshooting procedures and ability to expand said knowledge
* Creativity, ability to think around problems and come up with creative solutions
* Positive, friendly and helpful attitude; good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
* Ability to work with or without direct supervision
* Leadership experience will be an added advantage
* Should possess team management and motivational skills
* Customer focus and sense of urgency
* Report & Presentation skills to leadership
