About the job Head of HR Operations
Purpose of the job
Manage the different HR operation domains including Benefits, Personnel,
Medical & Insurance Services, and Workforce Management.
The Head of HR Operations will lead the provision of a high quality and
responsive HR Service, coordinating the workflow and ensuring that the team is
actively engaged in the continuous improvement of all HR Operations.
Duties and responsibilities
* Oversee the operations of the Benefits, Personnel, Medical & Insurance Services, and Workforce Management.
* Apply company policies.
* Ensure efficient HR operations in alignment with our business objectives.
* Conduct various analysis to evaluate and enhance the implemented employee programs and raise solutions for potential challenges
* Participate in the Performance management cycle.
* Conduct awareness sessions or focus groups
* Responsible for submitting monthly reports and dashboards to the Chief People Officer.
* Manage and continually improve HR processes across the whole employee lifecycle and overseeing annual processes such as appraisals and pay reviews.
* Ensure that the domains policies are up-to-date.
* Participate in other projects and assignments, as requested.
* Supervise different programs including life insurance, pension plan, etc.
* Ensure our record-keeping and data processing procedures comply with GDPR requirements
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team with a view to identifying ways of improving performance levels.
* Support the Team as necessary to ensure smooth operational delivery
* Reports on costs incurred on HR operations to senior management
* Ensure the confidentiality of records and the security of resources and equipment in the HR department.
* Oversee all Personnel issues ; social insurance and labor affairs functions responsibilities for Orange Egypt and Orange services
* Strong relationship with external governmental entities such as Labor Office, Social Insurance Office.
* Ensure company's compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and regulations
Job specification
Education
‎1. University graduate from a recognized university.
‎2. Advanced studies in HR are an asset.
Experience
* Experience in dealing with Numbers, Excel & PowerPoint .
* Minimum of ‎10 years experience in a similar position.
* Working on systems such as Oracle.
Skills and abilities
* Extensive HR experience in senior roles and good knowledge of Human Resources Management software.
* Excellent English both spoken and written.
* Very good computer skills.
* Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
* Excellent people management skills.
* Excellent analytical skills.
