JOB PURPOSE
The Retail Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for marketing and
selling the bank 's products and services through direct and cross selling
techniques to individual customers while maintaining a high quality service.
In addition to developing relationships with individual customers and ensuring
that their profiles are up to date.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Minimum education : Bachelor degree in finance or business administration
* Desired education : N/A
* Languages : Fluent in English and Arabic (Writing and speaking)
