JOB PURPOSE
The Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for marketing and selling the
bank's products and services through direct and cross selling techniques while
maintaining a high quality service. In addition to developing relationships
with customers and ensuring that their profiles are up to date.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACOUNTABILITIES
Monitors staff performance and provide improvement opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum education
: Bachelor Degree in business administration or finance from a recognized
university

Languages
: Fluent in Arabic and English (writing and speaking)
Ideal experience
: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Banking, preferred in customer service
and sale
