improve how our company attracts and selects new hires.
Talent Acquisition Coordinator responsibilities include providing
administrative assistance to our recruiting team, crafting job descriptions
and maintaining databases with candidate information. The ultimate goal is
ensuring that our recruitment process runs smoothly and we recruit qualified
and high-performing candidates.
In order to succeed in this role, you must have a sound knowledge of all
